Get Northwest flight and gate status via e-mail from anywhere. Travelers with e-mail access are now able to get real-time flight and gate status using simple commands.
How it works:
- Send an e-mail to ‘flights@nwa.com’ with the requested flight and date in the subject line or as a message. For example: ‘Get 803 today’
- An e-mail response will be sent back from Northwest with real-time flight and gate status including departure and arrival information.
- You are also able to send ‘help’ to ‘flights@nwa.com’ to receive instructions on how to use Flight & Gate Status "On The Go".
